From North County Coastal:
Take Interstate 5 South, to Interstate 805 South, to highway 163 South. Exit Washington Street WEST. Turn right onto Fifth Avenue. The Surgery Pavilion building will be immediately to your right. Take the first right into the parking lot; it is directly behind the building.
From North County Inland:
Take Highway 163 South to Washington Street WEST exit. Turn right onto Fifth Avenue. The Surgery Pavilion building will be immediately to your right. Park in the lot adjacent to the building.
From Coastal:
Take Interstate 8 East to Highway 163 South. Take the Washington Street WEST exit. Turn right onto Fifth Avenue. The Surgery Pavilion building will be immediately to your right. Park in the lot adjacent to the building.
From South County:
Take Interstate 5 North and exit on Sixth Avenue. Continue to Fifth Avenue and turn right. Take Fifth Avenue North and cross Washington Street. Take the first available right turn into the parking lot after crossing Washington Street.
There is an ACE Parking lot behind the surgery center building on the corner of 5th Avenue and Washington Street. We do validate for the parking lot. Be prepared to pay $1.00 per half hour or no more than $6.00 per day.
Please be prepared to pay for parking there or seek street parking in the neighborhood. Patient pick-up and drop-off in this parking lot is allowed free of charge for 15 minutes.
